Reconnect with yourself through mindful movement, dance and somatics that support a deeper connection with your body.
The Art of Listening to Your Body
The body is always communicating through the way we move, breathe, feel, and respond. Tension, movement restrictions, discomfort, and habitual movement patterns are not obstacles to overcome – they are messages to be understood. By learning to listen, we gain valuable insight into how we function and what our bodies truly need.
Body Talks is a body-centered approach that brings together Somatics, Biomechanics, and Embodiment. Through movement, we explore the relationship between body and mind, learning to understand the body’s language, transform limiting movement patterns, and cultivate greater freedom, ease, and self-awareness.
Somatic practices invite us to slow down, turn our attention inward, and cultivate a deeper relationship with our bodies. By listening to internal sensations, we develop greater awareness, presence, and self-understanding.
Biomechanics helps us understand how the body organizes itself in motion. By exploring alignment, force, balance, mobility, and coordination, we learn to move with greater efficiency, resilience, and ease.
Through dance and authentic movement, we transform awareness into action. We cultivate freedom, creativity, and confidence in the way we move, express ourselves, and engage with the world.
Every practice is grounded in the "Body Talks" method – choose the experience that best supports your journey, from private sessions and group practices to creative experiences.
Personal or group sessions with an individual focus – Movement for self-awareness.
Partner and group practices focused on group interaction and connection – Movement for relations and shared experiences.
Private and Corporate Events and Performances – Movement for storytelling, creativity, and celebration.

For more than 20 years, I have been exploring the human body and movement – from dance and yoga to somatics, biomechanics, and somatic medicine. My journey began with dance, where the body became a language of sensation, communication, and self-expression. Over time, my curiosity shifted from how movement looks to what happens within – how the body senses, adapts, and develops patterns, and how body and mind continuously influence one another. This exploration became the foundation of Body Talks – a space for developing a more conscious, intelligent, and sustainable relationship with the body.

Our relationship with our body is a personal responsibility, and that caring for body and mind is the foundation of a healthy, fulfilling, and conscious life.
